The idea of moving to Spain is very exciting and it is easy to get swept up in the excitement of looking at properties online, dreaming about your new life in sunnier climes and it can almost feel like it will be one long holiday! BUT there are a lot of practical issues that you do have to face, many of them before you move so we are putting together some articles which we hope you will find useful and make you move to the Costa Blanca much easier.
Whatever your reasons for moving to Spain you do need to plan things carefully and research the area you decide upon, taking things like employment, education/schools, climate, travelling distance from airports, etc into account before you put any money down on a property as you do have to remember that living here is not quite the same as visiting for a two week summer holiday.
